Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund. To initiate a return, please click the link provided below. U.S. customers can generate a prepaid return label at our discounted rates; the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging as received.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming the receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

Open-Box Items Open-box items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product, return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Restocking Fees
Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee in certain situations. The restocking fee helps cover the cost of processing returned items and ensures we can continue providing high-quality service.
- Standard Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's original price may be applied for items returned without their original packaging, or if the item shows signs of use that make it no longer in new condition.
- Exemptions: Items returned due to damage or defects caused by our error will not incur a restocking fee.
- Open-Box Items: As open-box items are not eligible for refunds, a restocking fee does not apply to these returns.
